Walking the rooms
The casino room carries the familiar platform spread of slots and tables, with live dealers behind their own tab. The sportsbook room covers pre-game and live markets, with a bet builder for combining selections in one game. Funds move between rooms without a transfer step because the wallet is shared.
Rules posted by the door
BetNeptune's terms follow Malta Gaming Authority practice on limits: cutting a deposit or loss limit is immediate, while raising one only takes effect seven days later. When a dispute cannot be resolved with support, the terms point players to eCOGRA, which offers alternative dispute resolution at no charge.
ProgressPlay Ltd, a Maltese company, is the operator named in those terms. No licence number appears on Lodge Menu.
Why the window is blank
A USD free bet is neither Canadian-dollar pricing nor a casino welcome, and Lodge Menu does not swap a sportsbook offer onto a casino board. The window stays blank until there are Canadian terms to copy down.
